Cancellations: As our kits are made-to-order, a 40% cancellation fee applies once production has begun. Please request any cancellations before production starts. Damaged or Missing Items: If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at hello@rebonartlab.com with photos of the issue. We will quickly send a replacement or resolve the matter. Returns: Due to the nature of craft kits and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Shipping: We offer free standard delivery within Singapore for orders over $30. At this time, same-day delivery and self-pickup are not available.

Lead Time: Every kit is hand-assembled in Singapore. We recommend placing bulk or customized orders at least 2 weeks in advance. Branding & Customization: We offer personalized branding (theme, logos, name tags) and can adapt designs to match specific themes like National Day or school anniversaries. Samples: Physical samples are available for a small fee. To support your budget, this fee will be credited back to your first bulk order. Invoicing & Packaging: We provide official invoicing for institutions. For events, we offer optimized 1-person individual packs suitable for premium goodie bags (ranging from $5 to $12).

Age Suitability: Our kits are designed for children aged 3 (N1) to 12 (P6). Younger children may require adult supervision for tasks involving scissors or glue. Safety: All materials are kid-friendly, non-toxic, and carefully curated to avoid small parts for younger age groups. Instructions & Prep: Each kit includes a step-by-step printed guide and a QR code for a video tutorial. Most kits include everything needed; any required household tools (like scissors) will be clearly labeled.
